Police in Scotland have sadly confirmed that a 10 year old boy has died following an incident on a building site.
According to Sky News, police say the boy was found badly injured on a site in Glenkirk Drive, in Drunchapel, on Thursday evening.
It is understood that the boy fell down a hole and sustained extensive injuries.
Although the boy was rushed to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow, he was sadly pronounced dead a short time later.
Police investigating the incident say they believe the boy’s death was the result of a tragic accident.
