Authorities in the UK have confirmed that a 13-year-old boy has died from COVID-19.
According to Sky News, the young boy who tested positive for the virus on Friday sadly passed away on Monday.
It is reported that the boy who experienced breathing difficulties on Thursday, sadly passed away after being put on a ventilator and placed in an induced coma.
Sky News reports that the boy had no pre-existing health conditions before contracting the virus.
