A devastating road traffic collision in County Galway has left a man in his 20s dead and two others injured. The incident occurred late Sunday night, March 9, 2025, on the R347 near Monivea, involving three vehicles in a crash that has shaken the local community.
Emergency services were called to the scene around 11:45 PM, where the young man was pronounced dead. Two other drivers, both men in their 30s, were taken to University Hospital Galway for treatment, though details of their conditions remain unclear.
