Gardai in Co Kilkenny have confirmed that a man aged in his 80s has died in a house fire.
It is understood that the man sadly passed away following a fire at a house in Graiguenamanagh, at approximately 11:20pm on Monday night.
Gardai say a woman aged in her 50s was taken to St Luke’s Hospital with non life threatening injuries following the fire.
