Gardai in Dublin have sadly confirmed that a pedestrian has been killed following a road traffic incident this afternoon.
It is understood the woman was killed following a collision between a car and a lorry on the Phibsborough Road.
Gardai say the woman was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
They added that an investigation is currently ongoing.
