Gardaí in Co Meath have confirmed thar a teenager has been tragically killed in a road traffic accident last night.
Gardaí say the 17-year-old male was fatally injured when the car he was driving collided with a fence.
It is understood the incident happened at around 7.15pm in Ballivor, Co Meath.
Sadly the young male was pronounced dead at the scene.
