Gardaí in Co Roscommon have sadly confirmed that the body of a man who was reported missing over the weekend has been found.
In an announcement made on Sunday night, Gardai confirmed that the man aged in his 50s was found in a river at French Park, Co Roscommon, on Sunday.
Although are still trying to determine the cause of the man’s death, they have said that they do not believe that hos death is suspicious.
They added that a file is being prepared for the Coroners office.
