In a case that police are describing as “unexplained”, a toddler who went missing London and was then found dead in a garden.
According to Metro, the 2-year-old girl was initially reported missing, leading to an urgent search by police.
She was subsequently found unresponsive in a garden, and despite their best efforts to save her, the little girl was reported dead at the scene.
Locals have expressed horror at the incident, with one shop owner telling The Evening Standard:
“Police came in asking if we had seen a two-year-old girl. Then left. We found out later she was found dead, it’s so horrific. I can’t believe it. The house is only 200 metres away from us but we didn’t hear anything.”
The little girl’s death is now being treated as unexplained.
