Gardai in Co Cork have sadly confirmed that a man has died after he fell from a roof on Wednesday afternoon.
According to CorkBeo, the man aged in his 70s was killed after falling from a roof in Enniskean.
It is reported that the man sustained fatal injuries in the fall and was sadly pronounced dead a short time later.
Gardai say that an investigation is currently underway and the Health and Safety Authority have been notified about the incident.
