Gardaí in Dublin have confirmed that a man aged in his 30s has died sadly passed away following an assault in Tallaght over the weekend.
It is understood the 34-year-old man was found with head injuries in the Killinarden Estate on Saturday night.
Gardaí say the man who was taken to Tallaght hospital was sadly pronounced dead this evening.
