A 17-year-old teenager has sadly lost his life this morning after an alleged stabbing incident at a house at Claremount Manor, Knock Road, in Claremorris, Co Mayo.
One individual, understood to be a juvenile also, has been arrested in connection with the incident and is currently being held at Claremorris Garda station.
Both the victim and his alleged attacker are believed to be of Eastern European origin.
