The trolley crisis continues to increase across Irish hospitals.
Official figures just released indicate that January 2018 was the worst month on record, in terms or overcrowding, with a total of 12,201 people recorded as languishing on trolleys for hours or days on end.
This shameful figure represents an 18% increase on the same month last year.
The issue has so far fallen on deaf Government ears, as nothing has been done to palliate the crisis.
