Two classes at Irish primary school to return to remote learning following Covid-19 outbreak

Two primary school classes have been advised to return to remote learning following a Covid-19 outbreak.

According to The Irish Mirror newspaper, the decision comes after several cases were confirmed at the school in the West of the country on Monday.

It is understood that students in both senior infants and 1st class have been placed back into remote learning in accordance with public health guidelines.

The Irish Mirror reports that a deep clean will take place at the school and that all parents have been informed about the decision in a letter.
