
Police in the UK have arrested two more people in connection with the deaths of 39 Chinese people who were found dead inside a container in Essex.
The arrests come as post-mortem examinations are due to be carried out on the victims over the weekend.
According to Sky News, police arrested a man and a woman both aged 38 on suspicion of human trafficking and manslaughter.
Police investigating the incident say both individuals were arrested in Warrington in Cheshire this afternoon.
The news comes as the driver of the lorry a 25-year-old Northern Irishman is currently being questioned over the deaths of 31 men and 8 women who were found inside the container in Grays on Wednesday morning.
