Gardai have arrested two people following the seizure of a large sum of cash and an amount of cocaine in Galway.
It is understood that Gardai stopped a car on the M6 motorway on Sunday evening. Almost €18,000 were seized. Follow-up searches at an address in Galway yielded drug paraphernalia and over €200,000 in cash.
Two men were arrested in connection with the seizures.
