Gardaí have confirmed that two people have been hospitalised following a road traffic incident in Dublin on Thursday.
It is understood that a woman aged in her 20s was seriously injured after being struck by a motorcycle on Cromwellsfort Road, Walkinstown, at approximately 9:45pm Thursday evening.
Gardaí say the woman was taken to St James’s Hospital with serious injuries.
They also say the motorcyclist also aged in his 20s was taken to Tallaght University Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
