All flight operations involving Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft in the UK have been banned, after a second deadly crash of the same model airliner in less than six months.
Ethiopian Airlines Flight ET302 came down just outside Addis Ababa on Sunday, killing all 157 on board. This follows an eerily similar crash in Indonesia in October last year, which also resulted in the death of all passengers and crew.
The UK is the latest country to ground the Boeing 737 MAX 8 fleet due to safety concerns.
