Ukraine’s air defence systems have shot down 16 Iranian-made Russian drones overnight, according to local sources.
The aircraft were part of a Russian onslaught of no fewer than 69 missiles.
Some of the missiles unfortunately got through the air defence canopy, causing significant disruption to Ukraine’s power supply grid.
