Ukraine counter-offensive: Doomed Russian conscripts told to use tampons and car first aid kits to treat battlefield wounds

The latest batch of Russian conscripts has been told to use tampons and car first aid kits to treat battlefield wounds.

Proper, military-grade medikits are scarce in the Russian army, prompting recruitment officers to tell new recruits to make sure they bring plenty of tampons to the frontline. If wounded, they’re to use them to plug the bullet holes and keep on going like the brave men they are, though it’s unclear how many tampons will be required to staunch gaping exit wounds from high-caliber weaponry.

None of these men is expected to survive more than a few minutes following first contact with a well-prepared and motivated Ukrainian force. Those wounded will simply bleed out and die.
