Germany is honoring its commitment to help Ukraine by supplying two additional rocket launcher platforms and several armored personnel carriers (APCs).
Ukraine will receive two new MARS II multiple rocket launchers and 200 rockets, plus several Dingo APCs.
Ukraine now has the initiative on the battlefield, and with the Russian army in full retreat, needs to create a highly mobile armored fist (that is, an armored battle group including heavy tanks, rocket launcher weaponry, air defence units, and APCs) to pursue and destroy the retreating enemy. This complies with the military doctrine that any retreating force must be relentlessly pursued to prevent regrouping and ensure its destruction.
