The world is today collectively laughing at Russian President Vladimir Putin as no one congratulates him on his birthday, apart from fellow reject Kim Jong-Un from North Korea. Everyone is picturing him seating alone, wearing a birthday hat with a red Z spray painted on it, while looking glumly at a cake with a solitary candle burning low.
Mr. Putin turns 70 today, amidst a dire -and quickly worsening- situation in Ukraine.
