Russia has blown up a key bridge in Luhansk to delay Ukrainian forces catching up.
Russian engineers blew up the bridge over the Krasna River after panic spread among troops that the Ukrainians were not too far away. Russian troops, mostly ill-equipped, ill-trained, poorly motivated, infirm convicts and conscripts knew that they stood no chance so they begged for the bridge to be destroyed so they could have time to run away. The fleeing Russian troops were well aware that the Ukrainian blade would not be merciful.
Ukrainian troops meanwhile continue advancing towards Svatove and Kreminna, two key towns currently in Russian hands.
