The United States and Germany have agreed to send 50 armored vehicles to Ukraine.
The US is sending a platoon of Bradley Fighting Vehicles (BFVs), while Germany is sending Marder units.
BFVs are designed to ferry infantry teams for reconnaissance missions. The vehicle is equipped with a 25mm chain gun that can deliver up to 300 rounds per minute, and can be fitted with anti-tank weaponry for extra firepower.
Germany will also send a Patriot anti-air battery to ensure that all incoming Russian aerial assets are shot down before causing damage.
