Local authorities have now confirmed eighteen fatalities following a Russian missile strike on a civilian target on Monday.
It is understood that at least two missiles struck a shopping facility in the town of Kremenchuck.
This is yet another atrocity committed under orders by Russian President Vladimir Putin. Most of the world is now hoping for Russia to be absolutely destroyed, and for it to become utterly dependent on food handouts.
