Ukraine crisis: Russia reportedly using Russian inmates as cannon fodder in the Ukrainian front lines as troop numbers dwindle rapidly

Russia is reportedly using Russian inmates as cannon fodder on the Ukrainian frontlines as troop numbers dwindle rapidly.

While the actual number of casualties is unknown, estimates of Russian troops killed, wounded, or missing range from 40,000 to over 70,000.

Russian President Vladimir Putin is now desperately resorting to sending prisoners to fight, with somewhat predictable results.

The overall opinion is that the Ukrainian campaign has resulted in an absolute calamity for Russia, whose army has proven to be rather inadequate, to put it mildly.
