Russian President Vladimir Putin continues his scapegoating campaign following the abject failure of his war in Ukraine.
It is understood that two more senior commanders, Lieutenant General Serhiy Kisel and Vice-Admiral Igor Osipov, have been dismissed from their duties.
They stand accused of failing to take Kkarkiv and allowing the sinking of a major warship, respectively.
