The Russian army has now been routed from many areas, as losses of men and war material make further advance impossible.
The Kremlin is now attempting to spin the retreat as a ‘shift in strategy,’ as high-ranking officials try to save face by saying that all they wanted all along was to liberate the already Russia-friendly regions in eastern Ukraine. Pathetic
