Up to 5,500 Ukrainian refugees have already arrived in Ireland, according to Taoiseach appointee Micheal Martin.
According to Mr. Martin, many refugees have family connections here, but some do not. It’s not clear where this cohort is being housed.
Mr. Martin also has not confirmed whether or not he’ll take in a few families into his own home.
