The world is today laughing at Russia’s claim that it’s “deliberately” slowing down its disastrous war in Ukraine.
This is the equivalent of someone saying ‘I meant for it to end that way’ after a monumental blunder.
The reality on the ground is that Russian forces are being repelled everywhere, with the Ukrainian military annihilating the invader on all fronts.
