Ukrainian forces have retaken a massive 20 sq. kms. around the northern and southern outskirts of Bakhmut, prompting the Russian army to retreat.
This follows Ukrainian operators overrunning and destroying 10 Russian-held positions over the weekend.
Ukraine’s currently conducting ‘shaping operations’ ahead of an expected, and possibly decisive, counter-offensive.
