Ukrainian forces are continuing to surrender in droves or simply refusing to fight as President Zelensky admits 20% of the country is now under Russian control.
Laughable Western propaganda is still shamelessly pushing nonsensical fake news about mythic Ukrainian victories but video after video from the ground shows Ukrainian soldiers explaining that they have been abandoned by Kiev and to continue to fight the Russians would be suicidal.
Even the United Kingdom’s Ministry of Defence has been forced to admit Russian forces are enjoying “tactical victories” in Eastern Ukraine Sky News reported.
As the collapse of the Ukrainian military continues in the east of the country more questions are likely to asked about the wisdom of sending tens of billions of dollars, pounds and euros in military aid when citizens in the EU, US and UK are suffering from inflation and spiralling costs of living.
