Ukrainian hacker group strikes one of Russia’s largest internet providers, denying all services for days on end and causing absolute mayhem among Russian society

A Ukrainian hacker group has struck one of Russia’s largest internet providers, denying all services for days on end and causing absolute mayhem in Russian society.

Now in its third straight day, internet service provider Qwerty remains inoperative. The disruption has heavily affected Russian government agencies and day-to-day Russian life, inflicting untold financial losses and causing chaos.

The IT Army of Ukraine, a group of very smart Ukrainian tech workers doubling up as a hacker group, is suspected to be behind this stunning cyber victory. The group has been waging cyberwarfare on Russian assets pretty much since day 1 of the ill-fated invasion of Ukraine.
