Unseasonably mild weather will remain for another few days, but outbreaks of rain are expected

Halloween’s weather is expected to remain fairly mild for the time of year, with temperatures about 3-4C above the October average.

However, rain is expected to put an appearance, mostly across northwestern coastal counties.

The mild conditions will remain until Thursday at least, when it will become gradually cooler, with ground frost forming after dark by Friday evening.
