Until 2027, Michael Martin intends to remain on as Taoiseach then Simon Harris gets his turn until 2029

The Taoiseach is under immense pressure tonight, but claims that he will continue on as leader and indeed finish out the term of government, continuing as Fianna Fail leader.

However, with the diabolical presidential campaign that saw Jim Gavin pull out, Martin may well soon fall on his sword following Tuesday night’s review.

It’s hard to believe, but Micheal Martin will soon become Taoiseach again, and he’ll be in the job for a long time.

Not only that, but Simon Harris will get the second top job and become Tanaiste.

But wait, there’s more! Martin will hang up the gloves towards the end of 2027 where Simon Harris will once again become Taoiseach again.

Both Fianna Fail and Fine Gael’s representatives are claiming that the “people have spoken” and that the people of Ireland want these two people in both positions.
