Update: Funfair migrants in Louth, not plantation hub migrants in Louth

UPDATE:

In an update to an article published last night, we are pleased to confirm that a property in Collon, Co Louth, rumoured by concerned locals to have been allegedly occupied by migrants as a plantation hub, is thankfully actually a property for use by migrant workers.

As one concerned elderly local told The Liberal:

”Everyone is hugely relieved at the news and just hopes that the migrants have been fully Garda-vetted, documented and that all regulatory steps have been taken by their employer to ensure that this is the case.”

At times like these, once locals see a gang of foreign men loitering in remote locations, people get frightened, concerned and fear for their safety.

Irish women and Irish children in particular, say they feel terrified when they see such sights, and immediately suspect yet another plantation hub in their area.

As you are aware, immigration remains a hot topic and will surely be raised in next week’s final Presidential debate on RTE on Tuesday night.
