US Director of National intelligence claims there was Chinese interference in US elections, backing President Trump’s assertions




The U.S Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe has confirmed that there was foreign interference in the 2020 election, according to CBS news has reported.

President Trump, as part of his campaign to overturn the results of the claimed results of the November 3rd election, had claimed that foreign interference, in particular on the part of China and Iran, took place to steal the US election from him for Joe Biden.

Now DNI John Ratcliffe, who heads America’s has confirmed the President’s assertions, according to CBS correspondent Catherine Herridge who reported:

“Well, DNI Ratcliffe leads the 17 intelligence agencies and he has access to the most highly classified information that is held by the US government. And he told CBS News that there was foreign interference by China, Iran, and Russia in November of this year and he is anticipating a public report on those findings in January,”.

A full report in alleged foreign interference into the U.S election was due this Friday but has been postponed until January as the various intelligence agencies continue to compile evidence of meddling.
