The US President Joe Biden has said that he stands by his decision to withdraw troops from Afghanistan.
Speaking in his address to the US public, Biden said that he fundamentally bears responsibility for all that has happened as of late but he still stands by his decision.
President Biden told thr public and the world that he is of the belief that America shouldn’t sacrifice its soldiers lives on order to obtain a democratic Government in Afghanistan.
He went on to claim that it he was left with a bad deal from former US President Donald Trump and he was left with two decisions which involved either putting more troops into the country or pulling those who were there out.
The US President finalised his speech that he stands by his decision as it was time to end a 20 year war.
