Vice President Mike Pence is to arrive in Ireland on Monday




The Vice President of the United States, Mike Pence is to arrive in Ireland on Monday.

It’s understood that Vice President Pence’s visit was brought forward instead of next week because President Donald Trump had to cancel his planned visit to Poland this weekend due to the severity of Hurricane Dorian.

Vice President Pence is travelling to Poland today and will arrive in Ireland tomorrow.

It’s understood that Vice President Pence will leave Poland for Shannon on Monday and meet with the Taoiseach Leo Varadkar on Tuesday for a meeting in Dublin.

Further details of Vice President Pence’s visit are sketchy at this time but will be confirmed over the weekend.
