A fight broke out between members of the Gardai and three men who were either trying to stop traffic or thumb a lift on the M1 motorway heading northbound this afternoon.
The footage shows the gardai initially talking to the men, then restrain one and a fight breaks out with another man and a garda uses his baton to beat the man to the ground.
