One lucky punter is €500,000 richer today after winning last night’s EuroMillions Plus draw.
Although there were no winners of the full jackpot of €58,432,586 in the EuroMillions, it will be surely all smiles in one Galway household this weekend as someone won half a mill for themselves!
The National Lottery say the winning Quick Pick ticket was sold the day before the draw in the Siop Dowd Esso Service Station in Carna, Connemara.
