Well now one group of fans went a step further by stumping up a large amount of cash after an over-eager Irish fan accidentally caused damage to a Frenchman’s car.
The kind donation came after one excited fan with a drum stood on a car and accidently caused a dent on the roof. The kind whip round saw dozens of fans stuff notes through the car doors and windows, which will surely surprise the returning owner.
