A weather warning is in effect for three counties, as heavy rain might lead to localized flooding.
The Status Yellow warning, which covers counties Cork, Kerry, and Waterford, will remain in place until 6am on Thursday.
According to Met Eireann, some areas around these counties might see up to 50mm of rain.
