A weather warning is now in effect for 15 counties, but a positive change is predicted for the coming days.
The whole of Leinster, plus counties Cavan, Donegal, and Monaghan will be under a Status Yellow warning for rain and thunderstorm until 8pm this evening.
But according to Met Eireann, there’s a big change on the way, as plenty of dry weather and ‘above normal’ temperatures are expected from Monday on, possibly lasting throughout the week.
