It’s looking like there will be little outdoor activities done this weekend, as Met Eireann has issued a rainfall warning affecting three counties.
The warning will be in effect from midnight tonight until noon on Saturday, and it covers Galway, Cork and Kerry.
Over 25mm of rain is forecast to fall within this period, with the possibility of up to 40mm in places. Local flooding is likely in low areas.
The overall forecast is for a rather wet and unsettled weekend, so keep your umbrella handy.
