Fine Gael’s Maria Walsh released an attempt at a nostalgic video in an effort to garner the “young people’s vote”, she has so desperately emphasised over the past number of weeks.
She’s been involved in what can only be described as somewhat of a bitter spat with co-candidate Peter Casey over the likes of immigration and putting Irish people first.
But forget for a moment that 10,000 Irish people are sleeping on park benches, roughing it in hotel rooms and have no place whatsoever to call home. Maria wants your vote if you listened to B*Witched or your Tamagotchi died from neglect. She released the below video which has been slated from many online who say Maria “blatantly couldn’t care less about the homeless crisis or hundreds languishing on trolleys around the country”.
