Many people are getting a bit fed up with what the government is doing for thousands of Ukrainians as our own homeless are left to die on the streets.
People have sympathy for Ukrainians but seeing them appear to be handed whatever they want is a bit too much for many people to take.
The Irish Government has issued over 33,000 PPS numbers for just-arrived Ukrainian refugees.
The issuance of the PPS number means that Ukrainian refugees can now access a range of services here in Ireland, including dole entitlements, Child Benefit, etc.
Meanwhile, the housing crisis has reached its worst peak ever, with over 10,000 people now officially listed as homeless. The true number is probably multiples of that.
