“Where will we put them?” – Questions raised as to how Ireland will have over 50,000 Ukrainians by mid August – all entitled to free medical cards and free social welfare including the dole

it’s going to get very very messy for the government over the coming month as Ukrainians continue to flood into the country.

People are questioning just for the country is going to cope with 50,000 Ukrainians living in Ireland by the middle of August. Social media users are saying that there’s absolutely no room for these people, so why are we still taking them into the country.

It’s emerged that we’re not done yet taking in Ukrainians, even though the country is about to burst at the seams.

A further 4,000 migrants are expected to pour into the country by the end of July alone.

As up to 10,000 of our own people lie homeless around the country with not a roof over their heads in many cases, Micheal Martin, Leo Varadkar and Eamon Ryan appear to be prioritising those who never even stepped foot in Ireland before 2022.

Ireland has reportedly taken in over 44,000 Ukrainian refugees so far. All of these people are entitled to free medical cards and social welfare.

According to official figures, a total of around 30,000 individuals displaced by the war in Ukraine are now housed in Ireland.

Over 50,000 are expected to arrive by the middle of July, but there are nowhere near enough housing units to actually shelter them, so it’s unclear what the Government plans to do.
