A 67-year-old woman has become China’s oldest woman to give birth it has been reported.
According to The Global Times, the woman and her 68-year-old husband became parents for the second time after she gave birth to a girl at Zaozhuang city’s Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital.
The couple who have one son, say they are delighted and have described the birth of their daughter as a gift from heaven.
The birth comes as the country relaxed its one child policy in 2016.
