A 25-year-old woman has been charged with murder after she allegedly shoved an elderly man off a bus following a row.
According to reports in the US state of Nevada, the woman Cadesha Michelle Bishop, 25 has been charged with the murder of an elderly vulnerable person following the incident which occurred in Las Vegas last March.
It is believed police charged Bishop with the murder after CCTV footage showed the events what occurred on the bus.
Reports say the victim Serge Fournier, was shoved off the bus after he asked her to act nicely when she became abusive towards other passengers.
In the footage the pair can be seen arguing before, Bishop shoves Fournier through the exit door as passengers disembarked.
Although Fournier initially refused medical attention it is believed that required hospital treatment later that day.
However he sadly passed away due to the extent of his injuries.
Bishop is currently being detained on $100,000 bond and is due to appear in court later this month.
