Gardaí in Co Roscommon have confirmed that a woman aged in her 20s has died following a road traffic incident on Saturday.
It is understood the woman sadly passed away in hospital following a single vehicle crash which occurred at Boyle, Co Roscommon, on Saturday morning.
Gardaí say the driver of the car a man sustained non-life threatening injuries following the incident.
They added that an investigation is currently ongoing.
